It's Over.

Hillary Rodham Clinton has been running for the Presidency most of her life. She has weathered though much. I admire her tenacity and spunk, but as a democrat the most important thing to me now is the party. The numbers, and yes I sat down and did the math, show that even in the most wishful scenario Hillary does not have the delegates to win. Her own staff have said she will fall short on pledge delegates.

IF, and this is a very big IF, Hillary did win the primary popular vote she could try and use this to sway superdelegates to basically commit political suicide and go against the public wishes. They would have to go to Obama and say, “Well Senator, yes you did win but we are going to go with Senator Clinton, you have a nice day.” Let me say I have a better chance of having Beyonce ask me out on a date than this ever happening.

This has to end and it has to end now. Someone, maybe former President Jimmy Carter, has to go to Hillary and tell her it’s time to step aside for the sake of the Party. Her delusion of somehow having the candidate in the lead agree to be her Vice President has been shot down and the snub of long time friend, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, who last week endorsed Obama clearly shows the ship is sinking.

This is an opportunity for the Democratic Party to take back the White House. Nothing is more important. We can not afford a George Bush's third term which is exactly what we will get under McCain. It is time for the Clinton camp to rally around Obama.

What do you think?

My republican friend has been having a field day with the Obama/Clinton battle. He thinks this is good for McCain. He's wrong. It seems to me that this has given the democrats much more visibility and McCain is looking like a wall flower at the prom. Unless something strange happens Obama will be our next president.

Don't know why you Dem's are afraid of McCain he's more liberal than either Clinton or Obama. It's us Republicans that have more to be concern about.

I love Hillary, this is breaking my heart. I wish they could get together and have a Clinton/Obama ticket. I know it won't happen but it would be nice. This would reward Hillary for all her years of services and give Barack 4 to 8 years to grow his skills.

I agree Mr. Milton the Democratic Party is the important thing right now and Hillary should step aside.

Barack Obama is not ready to be president and Hillary knows it. The Clintons have been the backbone of the democratic party and now all of you are turning your back on them. Shame on all of you. I will stand by Hillary to the end because that is what she would do for us.

''I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down.'' - Hillary Clinton

They showed video of her trip. It was like a parade. No sniper fire, no running, no ducking. Mrs. Clinton will do anything to get into office. She can not be trusted. Vote Obama!

Think deep. Nothing is done for our country by one party alone. The Democrats and the Republicans together make decisions.

As African Americans we have been fooled into thinking that Democrats serve us well. The only reason the Democrats have not pulled a "Hillary Trick" is because they know that Obama has more poplar votes and there would be an outcry if a back room "shoonukkee" is pulled. Super delegates were set in place to do the unthinkable if necessary. The term is used loosely with the Republican party. African Ameicans have been loyal Democrats for a long time. Let's see how the party is going to pay regards now that an African American is truly the front runner.

It's alright for African Americans to go to the polls and vote Democrat but just don't be an African American running for President, with a cler lead, this causes the party confusion. Stay tuned.
