With the 2012 elections just 12 months away, the Tennessee Democratic Party is touring the state to launch a voter registration effort and educate voters about the new Voter ID law.

The reception will begin at 7 p.m. Nov. 3rd. at the old Blue Fish Restaurant corner of Cooper and Young Memphis.
